ICC works with Horse-Alliance in offering one-on-one coaching. You work in a safe environment with horses as co-facilitators to achieve positive change. We work to discover your true potential, how you can reveal your power, courage and passion, to achieve extraordinary results.

In the coaching relationship, horses help us in our effort to work with trust, respect and understanding. This can help us to expand our awareness so our true creative spirit can express itself.

Feedback comes from three sources, namely video, team members and from the horses. Theory is kept to a minimum, but all results are related back to our every-day lives and our professional world. Time is set aside for personal reflection and discussion.
