Christoph Schertler is a certified NLP Trainer and NLP Coach. His work experience has been both with private and professional clients in the fields of biotech, marketing, and IT. He was raised in Germany, spent 3 years at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia and today, after much traveling, lives with his wife in Southern California. Being a true cosmopolitan, he is fluent in English and German (certified Translator), and speaks some French and Spanish.

After running his own consultancy business for some years Christoph decided to engage in further education in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He has successfuly completed the following programs:

Dee McCrorey is the founder of Risktaking for Success LLC, a venture that focuses on practical innovation for corporate entrepreneurial companies launched in April 2000 after a twenty-five year corporate career.

A five-year expatriate experience in Europe and the Middle East provides Dee with a rich understanding of multicultural settings and international business environments.

Helga Kammerl is an English and German language teacher and trainer, whose engaging style is very motivating. She brings principles of both communication and intercultural studies to her language classes and thereby offers her students a lot more than the traditional general approach to English training. Helga has successfully trained both language and management students from many countries, for more than 20 years. She has a masters degree in German as a Foreign Language, Americanistics and Linguistics from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and holds a certificate for Intercultural Competence Master.

After completing her studies at the Ludwig Maximilian University, Helga worked at the Carl Duisberg Center, the Euro-Language-School, and has taught for more than 15 years at the Munich University. She also carried out a two year educational project for the Bayerische Landesbank involving all levels of management and staff.

Helga presently teaches individual students in the pharmaceutical/diagnostic industry, from DLR (German Space Centre), vhs (Adult Education) at Starnberg, Italian Bank Managers, and South African Technical Department Directors.

Ariana Strozzi, an internationally respected pioneer in the field of Equine Guided Education and Equine Assisted Learning, has been bringing the magic of horse communication to people from all walks of life since 1990. With innovative vision, Ariana blends equine psychology, biology, somatics, animal behavior and leadership savvy into an experiential format that trains emotional intelligence, self-responsibility, non-verbal communication, authenticity, and intuition. These qualities make up a person's confidence and ability to move powerfully in the world around them.

Seit 1996 ist G&K auf Führungsseminare mit Pferden spezialisiert. Ziel ist es, den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern das eigene intuitive Verhalten in Führungs-, Verhandlungs- und Entscheidungssituationen bewusst zu machen. Dabei werden Stärken und Schwächen im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern oder Kunden erkannt, als Bild gespeichert und als Erlebnis verarbeitet.

G&K Seminare für Führungskräfte verändern die Sicht auf den Führungsalltag, geben neue Impulse, sind Erlebnis und Selbsterfahrung mit nachhaltiger Wirkung.
