Melba-Linda Schertler, a native Australian currently living in Bavaria, has lived and worked in America, the UK and Europe. She also spent two years working and travelling on behalf of the United Nations in Vienna.
Melba formed her first language school in 1986 having worked in the communication field since 1971. Her present company, International Communication Coaching, a division of International Business English Ltd., is headquartered in Dublin.
Today, Melba is an internationally recognized NLP Coach, NLP Master Practitioner (ITS, London) and Intercultural Trainer (ICI, Oregon, USA). In 2005 Melba completed her Leadership & Horses program in California, where she was certified as an Equine Guided Educator (Level 1), by the EGE Association.
Melba's reputation for excellence in the fields of consulting, coaching, and English for Executives, includes coaching and training of senior professionals in developing skills to become culturally competent.
For twelve years, Melba ran her own language school with over 100 High Performance courses/ week for all levels of management at the world's largest diagnostic/biotech company.
Today Melba is involved in leadership training and personal development. Her one-on-one coaching and leadership seminars are often done in collaboration with Horse-Alliance (www.horse-alliance.com), where horses are the co-facilitators. Melba s co.
